Click ne start button -----> pastaj shko Run -----> dhe shtype Regedit -----> Shtyp ENTER


Tash shikon per "key":

HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contr ol\ContentIndex

Pastaj e gjen nje key qe quhet "Startup Delay" -----> kliko dy her ne te

Where its Base, kliko Decimal -- esht Default Value eshte 4800000,

Ndryshoje ne: 40000

Tani mbylle Registry Editor dhe ristatroje kompjuterin Per Efekt
